I showed the John Candy film, The Great...Only once.<br />I showed the John Candy film, The Great Outdoors to a group of 7th graders. The group was very immature, and I can't imagine that there was any connection between the film and what they were studying. It is only rated PG, but there is a lot of very crude adult humor. Several times I thought about stopping the film... but ultimately just let it play.
